Understand Kedro Viz usage

(This issue tracks an internal workstream of the Kedro team at QB)

With @lid-rs we want to create a series of dashboards that help us understand the funnel of Kedro Viz users. Roughly speaking (more details TBC) we want to define a series of stages:

• Interest = Download
• Consideration = kedro viz[ run]
• Adoption = Opening Kedro Viz (>=1 frontend telemetry event)
• Retention = Repeated adoption

The key is how do we define "repeated adoption".

After that, the next steps in the funnel will be tied to specific features. The first are of focus will be Experiment Tracking:

• Interest + Consideration = Opening Experiment Tracking (>= click on the Exp Tracking button)
• Adoption + Retention = Repeated usage

Again, we will propose definitions for repeated usage.
