Ensemble with AutoKeras

I was trained ensemble for regression task, structure on picture.

Each "branch" of this network was trained independently and than assume into one big model (ensemble) with Average layer on the top. Than I tried to construct ensemble before training and only than fit the ensemble without independency. Results was better. Is it possible to do same structure with AutoModel customization, maybe using blocks API? I already tried to do something, but I have not success.
