Thumbnail of interest

At the moment of writing thumnails is generated at the start of the recording. However due to pre recording, most of the time the thumbnail will not show the object(s) of interest, but just an empty frame which ocurred before the event of interest took place.

After a valid classification and tracking has been done, we will reiterate over the video and skip x seconds to generate a new thumbnail
