Add support for Storyblok Rich Text as an alternative to Markdown #25

By default, we currently use the Markdown field type for rich text annotated text fields in our component APIs (`"format": "markdown").

We should evaluate adding the native Rich Text of Storyblok as an option:

Should probably reuse the same configuration options hinted at here: #24 (comment)
