SugarCube error message when playing story

Describe the bug.

Rest of Twine works just fine till I go to play or test my stories. It opens my browser, but an error message appears and I'm unable to do anything.

When I create a new story, it seems to work just fine. Though most of my stories are made from templates I got from Itch.io, so that might be a part of the problem.

Steps to reproduce:

Twine runs like normal but can't play or test.

Expected behavior:

Allow me to play and text the stories I create.

This also affects the web version for me.

That looks like a SugarCube related error, not a Twine 2.x application related one.

What ist the content of your project's StoryInterface special Passage?

Which version of SugarCube are you using?

Because if you're using one of the recent v2.37.x releases then you will want to read the StoryInterface section of SugarCube's Updating to any version ≥2.37.0 from a lesser version documentation.
