Chapbook applications need to come back

Describe the bug.

With chapbook, I could put the images and videos in their easier. When I try to now, it doesn't give me the options for add anymore. That needs to come back

Steps to reproduce:

Clicked on tab

Nothing there to add image or video

Expected behavior:

That my pictures and videos will be centered when I tell it to, but it foesnt
