Initial Knulli for RG35XX Plus/H/2024 issues

• Charger logic is not present. The system will boot when is powered off and charger is connected
• Brightness control shortcuts are not working (FN + V+/V-)
• Suspend is not working. Short-press power button does not enter into suspend mode but instead shuts down the console
• Bluetooth is not working
• Control mapping is by default for the RG35XX Plus. Need to add a check internally to determine which device is which (not obvious) and change control mappings accordingly
• 2nd SDcard is not working correctly. Can be set in EmulationStation storage settings but it does not have any effect
• Some (all?) EmulationStation settings are not saved
• Overclock is not configured/setup correctly
• Reformat the internal partition on device (via ES -> Settings -> Frontend Developer Options -> Format a Disk) does not work
• Battery charging status is not accurate

Hint for 2nd SD card problems:
Knulli seems to look for "batocera" subdirectory in configured location (and create it if its not present). After I copied my roms to that directory everything works fine.

Is there any option to swap X<->Y A<->B system-wide? Personally, I prefer the Xbox layout as it was in batocera 40. Physical buttons can be easily swapped, and I can also remap the controls in settings, but some apps (like portmaster) still use the default layout.

The option is in Settings -> System Settings -> Frontend Developer Options -> Switch Confirm & Cancel Buttons in ES

I've just recently got a RG35XX Plus, and I can't figure out how to get Wifi working. I've already reduced security to WPA2 only and disabled 5GHz, but it does not seem to find my AP.

Since I'm new to this: Should this be working? 😅

For me, rg35xx will not connect to wifi networks with:

1. Managment frame protection enabled (mandatory for WPA3)
2. Roaming enabled ( IEEE 802.11k, r, v)
   But even if Wifi AP is not configured propperly, scan should see it.

Hmm - when I hit scan, the "Scanning for Wifi AP" message flashes up only for a second - I feel like something is broken there.

Any way to examine some logs?

@asulukdjian open a terminal window, cd to the SHARE partition, and run dot_clean .. This will automatically remove all dotfiles causing duplicate game entries.

RG35xx H will shut down when back from suspend state,

press select > enter suspend mode > when device is suspend, press the power button > screen is briefly unlock and shutdown
