If it helps at all I got here from https://github.com/rg35xx-cfw which points to knulli.

As best I can tell https://github.com/rg35xx-cfw/rg35xx-cfw.github.io/releases/tag/rg35xx_plus_h_batocera_20240220 is still the latest release for 35xx plus/h
