how to merge submission list of two accounts?

I registered two accounts with different emails, and each account is used to submit papers. (The old account is registered using the university email which is no longer used after graduation.)
In the profile of accounts, I can only see the submission list using this account.
How can I merge the two accounts, so that I can see all submissions inside one account?
