exclude file types

Is there some way to exclude certain filetypes? If there isn't, this is a basic feature that I need to properly use this.

you can exclude words, you're welcome to read the help

if you want this feature to use it then you can add it yourself

I explored the the help already, but excluding secret values is not what I'm looking for unfortunately. To give you the full story, I have chonky .ts files that I don't want parsed.

Your tool is very simple and immediate to use which is great for me, I will make a PR if I can't find what I'm looking for in other similar tools, thanks.
