Only Elm Street Works

I've used each xml file on each fishing spot while following the instructions, but I have only found that elm street actually casts the fishing line. For every other xml file, the process always searches for fish bubbles, sometimes it will find them, sometimes not, but after finding them, it'll just reset to the straight line cast.
