Improve Filters on Mobile #55

Right now the filters simply collapse on mobile. They would be much better served in an "aside" or slider module, similar to this:
http://mgcrea.github.io/angular-strap/##asides

I don't want to include that library in our project, but it is a good example of the implementation I'm looking for.
