Describe the issue
The new contributor orientation is linking off to a resource list for new contributors created by Dims 3 years ago.
While a great list, it's on Dims' Gist which means nobody else can keep it up to date. We should copy the list into our contributor documentation, and update it -- at a minimum taking out sources which don't exist anymore.
