In the bottom of netcat --help it suggests running netcat -s 127.0.0.1 -p 1234 -tL /bin/bash -l for a quick and dirty web server, which doesn't work.

$ toybox netcat -s 127.0.0.1 -p 1234 -tL /bin/bash -l
netcat: No 'L' with 't' (see "netcat --help")
