As a hackerspace-coordinator
I want to create a new machine
So that users can book it in order to use it

Scope

It must be a website
Access restricted to owners
Data must be specified

Acceptance criteria

A hackerspace coordinator must be able to create a new machine by filling a form
It must contain all the mandatory data (Define "machine" fields #8)
