[Feature] Add all custom hooks created to reuse across projects

Current Behavior

We use currently number of hooks mainly stored in utility dir or as utils. They are custom ones. They can be added as a separate hooks dir from sistent to use across everywhere.

Desired Behavior

Examples:

Please correct me if I am thinking wrong
Do we have to Introduce a dedicated hooks directory to organize all custom hooks? And also ensure hooks are reusable, well-documented, and easy to locate for use across different parts of the project ?
