  • add support for DESeqResults object
    • tryCatch with metadata() to detect thresholds
    • if thresholds explicitly specified these will win
    • in case there is a mismatch between specified thresholds and metadata() values, output warning
  • update code to use dplyr. See plotMA.label gitlab project
