product question: are we looking for all comms loops or just credit loops?

I just realised that MTCS with its max-flow approach will only find credit loops, not comms loops.
I think finding all comms loops is an advantage, because sometimes you might want to shift debt between your creditors, or shift credit between your debtors, and these are also useful transactions.
