No options menu after installing the plugin #41

Describe the bug

After installing and enabling the plugin, there is no options button either on the plugin page or in the list of installed plugins

Steps to reproduce

Go to Settings
Click on Community Plugins
Click on Browse
Search for plugin
Click on Install
Click on Enable
See error

Expected behavior

After installing and enabling the plugin, a button to access the options menu should appear.
