rc.local的两个问题

你好，我用的Ubuntu，反馈以下两个问题。

1、有些版本（如oracle的ubuntu 18镜像）没有rc.local文件，也没有调用rc.local的/etc/init.d/rc.local文件，安装时有如下错误：

grep: /etc/rc.local: No such file or directory

2、16.04和18.03两个版本的rc.local默认最后一行是exit 0，stathub的启动命令默认被放在了此行后面，造成了重启后服务不会自动启动。
