Bug description

I recently attempted to install Linux mint on a portable SSD, after i had installed it, it appears that grub installed to my main drive, making it impossible to use on other PC's. This issue applies to installing mint on any drive, Setup always installs grub to the first EFI partition it finds, not the one the user selects.

Steps to reproduce

Install Linux mint on a drive other than the main drive.
It just installs grub to the first EFI drive it finds.

Expected behavior

Setup should install grub to the install drive the user selects.
