Enabling fractional scaling causes screen tearing

Steps to reproduce

Enable any fractional scaling value

Expected behavior

No tearing

This is fixed in the latest Xorg from git (see, e.g., https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/merge_requests/1006 and https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/-/merge_requests/1224).
