[backport] compatibility with OptiFine

When ready and there seems to be no problem to port, you can see the pre-built jar in https://artifactory.kow08absty.com/ui/native/fabricmc/dev/stashy/extra-sounds

It will be named like extrasounds-2.3.1+[MCversion]~lonefelidae16-optifable+[optifabricVersion]-build.[buildNum].jar.

If you want the codes, a branch named backport/[MCversion]-optifabric will be available on this repo.

Will mark as ready to publish after the checklist was passed following:

• Launch with OptiFine normally
• Open Music & Sound Options screen
• Change the default volume
• Re-launch and obtain saved volume
• All in-game features work fine
  • Survival/Creative inventory sound
  • Hotbar sound
  • Action sound
  • Chat sound
  • Keyboard sound
• Launch without OptiFine and work properly
