How to dispatch job from schedule

I couldn't find anything in the docs how to dispatch a job from the larave schedule properly.

$schedule->job(StoreProductFeedAction::makeUniqueJob())->dailyAt('02:20');

or

$schedule->job(new StoreProductFeedAction())->dailyAt('02:20');

Can anyone nudge me in the right direction?

I am testing with php artisan schedule:test and run it. Looks like all of my variants are not added to the horizon queue, but are run synchronously.

Try

$schedule->call(function () {
    StoreProductFeedAction::dispatch();
});

Also, action class should have asJob method?
