Sync on config change instead of a cronjob #49

Hello, I would like to have the master be sync'd the moment there is any config change. The cronjob is a nice way for periodic changes but it seems a little repetitive given that if there are no changes, it will still run the sync job.

Hi!

That would be indeed be great, but as far as I'm aware pihole doesn't support webhooks or similar, so there's no way (using the API) to support this.
