[Bug]: A query that is set to fire "On App Load" does not fire in a module when refereshed

Current Behavior

I attached the broken module.

A JS query in a module is set to run "On App Load". I have a "toast" to tell me when the query runs. If I run the query manually, it shows the toast. If I refresh the browser (and presumably trigger an App Load event), the query doesn't run and the toast doesn't show.

If I change it to "On App Load plus Timeout" and make the timeout 1s, it functions properly on a browser refresh.

Expected Behavior

JS Query should run with the module loads

Steps to reproduce

Create a query (See Screen Shot)
Refresh browser. Query will not run.

Interestingly, If I make the JS Run Manually, then add a second Local SQL Query, Set to Load on App Start, and have its success event call the JS query, then I get the toast on a Browser refresh.

Yeah. It is reproducible on my end, as well. Assigning this to Dev. It has no relationship with the Module. Looks like the Toast component has issue on App Load.
