  • Change request C061 approved at 20/FEB/23 Exec Group.
  • this CR explains how this deliverable is due five months after the LSST:UK milestone MS7 (MS7 End of ComCam Assembly, Integration & Test #4) which in turn is directly linked to the Rubin Project supporting milestone : "SITCOM-105 : ComCam + PF re-Installed on TMA".
The due date of this deliverable will therefore change according to SITCOM-105, the date of which is available in DMTN-232 Celebratory Milestones at https://dmtn-232.lsst.io/.

10/JAN/24
as discussed by @mahargpsmith and @tms-epcc

But ...

  • It is debatable how worthwhile this deliverable will be for the UK observing community. It would be of more interest
if it covers when when ComCam is onsky, currently expected in July'24.

  • Agreed therefore to reconsider in March'24 how to proceed with D1.4.2, that is, whether to cancel it or modify its nature and timescales so it can cover lesssons from ComCam being on-sky.

  • No new news at the January SITCom GA.
