Favs are not fully removed

Only the last few thousand favs are removed even though the Twitter servers return a success message for the unfav request.

When a faved Tweet is visited in the browser, there is no red heart and therefore no option to unfav the Tweet. It has probably to do with how Favs are stored, but if someone knows how to unfav older favs, please comment.
