Describe the bug
Modifying the path to a midi allows user to play nonexistent files

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use the file selector to choose a midi file
  2. Move, delete or modify the name of the midi file
  3. Begin playback
  4. Silence will continue until the user intervenes

Expected behavior
The user should not be allowed to begin playback

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro 1903 (OS Build 18362.719)
  • Version 1.0.4
