Mouse malfunction with parallax #156

Describe the bug
When you ste the parallax to 0, the mouse can't click on the notes anymore

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go in Live PLay
Press escape
GO to "camera"
Set parallax to 0
go back to playing and try using your mouse to click on the notes

Expected behavior
You should be able to play notes with the mouse

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 2004 build 21301.rs_prerelease.210123-1645
CPU: Intel i7-8700k
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2080ti
Embers Version: 2.2
