I think so, they did the test on Intel ® Core i5-4460 3,2GHz with 8 GB DDR3 1600MHz using an older version of OSFMount, but I think it may be the issue here. Also It could be Windows Virtual Memory. |

@madMAx43v3r can u please help enlighten? I have tried many RAM Disk software yesterday but to no avail. issues still persist. Or is there a speed cap for the plotter? meaning anything above something like 4GBps doesnt help time? Thanks |

I have the following system:
Intel i7-11700
Asrock B560 Steel Legend
128GB @ 32GBx4 DDR4 3200 RAM @ 16-20-20-38 1T (previously 64GB @ 16GBx4 b4 upgrade)
Corsair MP600 1TB x 3 units m.2 slots (1 for OS, 1 running PCIe 4.0, 1 running PCIe 3.0)
Samsung PM981 2TB x2 m.2 (connected using PCIe to M.2 adapter) running as final drive b4 robocopy to farmer drive
Windows 10 Pro/ Windows 11 Pro (dev build) - updated windows updates always, latest available drivers
Drive speed (read/write) Sequential via Crystal Disk Mark
Corsair MP600 PCIe 4.0 4.9GBps/4.2GBps
Corsair MP600 PCIe 3.0 3.3GBps/3.2GBps
Samsung PM981 3.3GBps/ 2.4GBps
RAM Drive via OSF Disk 9.9GBps/ 9.8GBps
### The question:
I get the exact similar timing if I use RAM Disk as Tmp2 or use PCIe 4.0 as Tmp2 which is about 32-36mins.
Can someone enlighten me what is the reason?
I know jumping to Linux could be faster but I am not technical and have been Windows my life.
My test results clearly shows the RAM drive being faster but actual plotting shows the same.
I have tried all the stotiks plotter v.004, 00.5, 00.6, 0.07 and latest 0.1.2a with all similar results.
