SharePoint Hands-on Troubleshooting workshop was created in 2012-2014 by Herman Solberg and Mads Damgård to teach customers and colleagues good practices around troubleshooting customizations in SharePoint - primarily on-premises deployments, but some of the modules are also applicable to SharePoint Online.
