I recently updated my Windows to version 11. That was yesterday.

Today I ran across AHK Studio and knew immediately it would be easier than using notepad++. So I downloaded it, unzipped it and ran the .ahk file. Because I had previously set my .ahk files to open with notedpad++, it just opened the file in notepad++. So I changed the default app to AHK-Studio.ahk. After this I was able to launch the studio app.

After watching the getting started video I found I didn't have the links you were asking me to click on. To start, I didn't have the Check for Updates option. And when I clicked Alt+m neither themes or manage menus was in the plugins. So I thought maybe close it and reopen it to see if something gets refreshed. I did find check for updates in the menu and there was nothing there.

So I closed the studio and now it will not run on my PC. I get the error This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

Can you please assist me? Thank you in advance.

Dianne

In case anyone else is having this issue, it was because I had set the default app for ahk scripts to ahkstudio. I guess it didn't like that.
