URL fragment in product detail page not working as expected

Preconditions and environment

• 2.4.7-p3

If the product page URL contains the fragment to show the reviews (#reviews) or more information (#additional), the corresponding tab becomes active. Still, the content is not rendered and the viewport is not scrolled to the content.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any product detail page
2. Add URL fragment (e.g., #reviews)

Expected result

The corresponding tab becomes active with the rendered content, and the viewport is scrolled to the content

Actual result

The corresponding tab becomes active. Still, the content is not rendered and the viewport is not scrolled to the content.

We have tried to reproduce the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the attached video.
