Adding a Telegram account to pidgin while having Windows Credentials plugin enabled results in pidgin crashing ungracefully: aebrahim/pidgin-wincred#2
I opening an issue on telegram-purple because it seems to be the only protocol plugin that causes such misbehavior.

Fixed in recent commit of Windows Credentials plugin.
