Make page title and sub title more useful

Currently most pages contain a sentence in title and sub title. Especially on mobile, when there isn't enough space, the important parts/data are missing.

My idea is to have a page description in title (Summary, Overview, Expected expenses, etc) and put data into sub title (Month, Category, etc)

I'm actually not sure how to tackle it. Example

It doesn't the way I would expect. Maybe the approach could be to always include a change period control and leave title just as a title without period
