4. Semantic Data Dictionary publication:
   • e.g. text descriptions of data columns are data dictionaries
   • Useful to use semantic web technology for these dictionaries
   • Make machine readable and have human interpretation also
   • Standard data practies make it difficult to pool data effectively (e.g. AI)
