Automatic image conversion feature request

It would interesting to have an automatic image conversion process.
I had some previous packs that were loading on my older device (old FW and with Studio 2.x) and they now crash before being transferred using latest version of Studio 3.x

I suspect that the previous version of Studio was not checking image size and now it does.

This feature can be a great time saver to create custom stories and reduce image resizing time.
