DeWeb server app improvements when mns is not found

Cases:

  • invalid mns
  • this mns is taken by (addr) but does not host a website. Make a buy offer on purrfect (and / or respond to an existing sell offer if available)
  • Mns not registered: register the mns for XXXX Mas
