This is important for:

builders who don't want to wait for buildnet updates to try newer versions
bug bounty participants

The page https://docs.massa.net/docs/build/networks-faucets needs to be refactored in two categories:

public networks:
- buildnet
- testnet (to be updated as being a target for security testing)
local network (sandbox) with the tutorial
