How to change chain network using wallet provider #279

UX of our apps could benefit from using a wallet provider endpoint to change wallet network from UI.

Example flow:

I'm using deweb uploader in buildnet
I want to change to mainnet network
I click on a network dropdown / switch and change my current wallet (currently user has to switch within the wallet to targeted network)
I complete my operation on mainnet
