Expected behaviour

Use translations.

Actual behaviour

No translations.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Open mate-appearance-properties
Click on Customize button
Go to Pointer tab

For example the DMZ white cursor theme is translated
Read: /usr/share/icons/DMZ-White/index.theme

MATE general version

Mate 1.26

Package version

mate-control-center 1.26.1-1
