Sound not saving the maximum level, sound applet max is always 100%

Expected behaviour

Would be nice to save the maximum volume level, for example if i set the max level to 140% via sound app it gets remembered even in the sound applet

Actual behaviour

Moving max level to 140 in sound app, then going back to 80 via sound applet and back up to the max, the max is still 100 not 140

Steps to reproduce the behaviour
