Confirm that pymongo, boto3, boto3core updates don't break things #1028

pymongo, boto3, and boto3core all updated today (Jan. 28th), and I seem to be getting some issues that link back to potential incompatibilities with maggma and these updated dependencies. I am going to need to spend some time to look into this more, so I am just opening this issue as a reminder for me. No action is requested from the maintainers (except, perhaps, running the dependency updater to see if the CI fails).

Oh, looks like this has already been noted here: materialsproject/atomate2#1055 (comment). We may need to pin pymongo to <=4.10.1 for now.
