how to add specific core frequency, cpu and gpu power wattage?

i would like to know how i can add power usage for my gpu and cpu and instead of having an avg cpu frequency i would like to have a specific core because i have 8 p core at 5.5ghz and 12 e cores at a much lower frequency and instead of being able to see the main p cores i can only see the rounded
