Microsoft released Microsoft.Data.SqlClient and it would be nice if library will cover that case

This is fixed by #12 where both Microsoft.Data.SqlClient and System.Data.SqlClient are handled.

Not sure if this is gonna happen though since Matt recently announced he's leaving tech.
