Allow excluding calendar categories

In the calendar categories editing UI, add a gear button at the end of each row, which will open a small pop-up with two configuration options:

• Whether to exclude the category from charts - useful if you have a shared calendar, and you want to only have the charts count the events from the shared calendar that are relevant to you
• Whether to exclude the category from autocomplete predictions - useful for events that were happening regularly in the past but no longer happen - you still want them to be correctly categorized in the charts when looking back, but you don't want them to clutter up your autocomplete predictions
