Bug: Not able to edit budget for chosen category

Describe the bug
When trying to edit the budget amount for any category, the new edited value doesn't save, leaving the budget with the old value

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an existing budget
2. Click on edit
3. Change the amount for any category
4. Scroll down and press confirm
5. It will reload but it doesn't save the new budget amount

Expected behavior
When changing the budget for any category, it should reflect it in the main budget dashboard

I noticed that I need to click outside of the input for it to change and then press Confirm, otherwise it doesn't get saved

This is a duplicate of #1664. As @alejost848 mentioned, you have to click outside the input for the form to submit, which does not reliably due to network latency issues. We'll get this working a lot smoother in #1664!
