This is a duplicate of #1664. As @alejost848 mentioned, you have to click outside the input for the form to submit, which does not reliably due to network latency issues. We'll get this working a lot smoother in #1664!

When trying to edit the budget amount for any category, the new edited value doesn't save, leaving the budget with the old value

When changing the budget for any category, it should reflect it in the main budget dashboard
