[feature request] change default interface to metro/modern

first, i'm so excited to know you picked up the development of putty-ng, i am an avid fans and user of your aria-ng too

sencond, as the title said, please remove the xp-esque interface and replace it to the more current modern-esque interface used/applied by win10 apps

Thank you for your appreciation. PuTTY-ng is still in very early development stage, there are many things should be added in. For you question, I think you can try to uncheck "Disable Windows Native Theme".
