[feature request] Events for pairing started/stopped

In Z2M i can do something like this to act on pairing status changed but zha offers no way to retrieve that info. Would be nice if this "poweruser" addon would give me the ability to see when pairing started/stopped and potentially will throw a event for every paired device in the process so i can quickly see if another device "slipped" in by accident or malice

zha-toolkit is not currently subscribing to events from zha.

I can not spend time on this personnally, but I'll keep this open as a feature request.
